The 5 Best Exercises for Size and Strength

This is awesome. Really good demos of the exercises. It will really help me to get my form down.

So, by the summer I want to do chin ups... not the ones I am doing now... real chin ups!

When can we start doing some bench presses?

Great goals Jane! We'll get you doing chin ups for sure!
RE- bench press, we can include it in the program, but you need to focus on mastering full pushups first. It's all about the progressions!
