Strength Circuit

Had a great strength camp group workout today. The stations consisted of:
  • Sled drag (measured course)
  • Sledgehammer tire slams (10 each arm)
  • Single arm dumbell clean and press OR snatch (10 reps each arm)
  • Hanging knee raises, FULL range
  • Chinups, 10 reps OR fatigue
3 rounds of this really kicked our butts!
