What Subject Matter Do You Want To See?

I've had several new subscribers since I last sent out a newsletter, so I decided it's time for another Poll to check in with you guys and get an idea what your interests are.

Please take a second to make up to 2 selections on the Poll below... it will help me get even better content out on my blog and newsletter in the future. Thanks!

I have a couple of training videos (recorded during my trip to Russia) prepared for you that I'll be posting next week ... check back then!

Hi,
I'm a 49 year old woman, overweight and have been training with a very good trainer for the last year and a half, to get fit, lose weight (primarily stomach) gain muscle, etc. (which I have, but very slowly), and I have been looking to your site, and referring many women with my issues to your site, but you've not been addressing this issue.
I responded to your last poll which included a question, as I (vaguely?) recall, regarding weight loss, which, most importantly for me, is especially for me, around the middle.

I think that you responded personally saying that that topic was just not that much of a priority in terms on your website responses.

Please do let me know if you're going to address this issue; it seems to me that the issues you respond to are primarily for men or for women who are really interested in muscle build-up vs. the very big potential of women such as myself.

If that is the case, please advise, and I wish you all the best.

Thank you.

Hey Carol,
Thanks for following up with me about this. I certainly will be posting more fat loss information on my blog over the next few months.

Did you see my latest post and video? I demonstrate a bodyweight workout that is ideal for fat loss and fitness for those who travel often. It can easily be modified for those who are just starting out as well (ie- regular bodyweight squats and lunges without the jumping).

In fact, I am currently working on a fat loss ebook called "Get Lean: Permanent Physique Transformation", which I hope to have ready in a few weeks, and leading up to that I will be posting more tips for losing fat and getting fit!

The first survey I posted clearly indicated that FAT LOSS and STRENGTH TRAINING were the 2 main areas of interest for my readers... hence my focus on getting "leaner and stronger".

Btw, if you haven't downloaded my free fat loss report, do so at http://www.strongerandleaner.com

Thanks again for following me and for the comments!
Stay fit,
Josh
